For all after hours or weekend emergency maintenance issues, please call (502) 664-3966. In the event of a true emergency, please call 911 as necessary.

The on-call maintenance staff will respond to emergency calls after hours or on weekends. You must leave your name, address, the nature of your emergency, and telephone number.  A member of the maintenance staff will respond promptly. Please remember that this is for emergency after-hours service only. It is not activated during regular business hours and does not include maintenance within individual units but only the areas that fall under the responsibility of the Olympia Office Condominiums per the association documents.

Emergencies are considered to be things that will cause damage to the buildings or property. Items inside your unit such as a broken toilet or a thermostat problem are not considered to be an emergency handled by the condo association. We are happy to assist you during regular business hours or provide a vendor contact.
